What’s your favourite client success story?
I always enjoy being able to resolve/assist a client’s issue with the ATO or ASIC e.g. explaining to the client how to go about deregistering a company and taking them through the process and final outcome. It’s a bit of a mine field if you don’t know how to speak to ATO or ASIC, the relationships and knowledge I’ve gained during my career really help clients.
